Are prices subject to change without notice?
Due to drastic variations in shipping costs, availability of certain manufactring materials and change in duty, quota or other variables beyond our control, prices can change without notice.
What about color variations?
Due to color variations of dye lots, we cannot guarantee exact color matches of material with each order. Minor differences may occur in fabric weight, fabric finish, and overall size of the finished product. Similar colors of different materials may not match. With regard to camouflage patterns, variations may occur in the placement of certain areas of the pattern due to the random cutting. Certain distressed materials will have shading variations within the actual caps themselves. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.
Sizes: APPROXIMATE. Products are handmade and may vary up to 5%
Thread Color: All thread colors MUST accompany a PMS number. Colors will be matched as close as possible. We cannot guarantee an exact match. If a PMS color is not provided, Performance Headwear, Inc. will not be held responsible for incorrect color matches.
Imprint Colors: Color matches are not guaranteed to be exact, whether PMS colors or color swatches. Every effort will be made to match as close as possible with no extra charge. All materials print differently, therefore there may be a variation of print colors on orders of different materials or colors. When decorating on camouflage, no guarantees can be made as to the background color (i.e. a branch, a leaf, bark, etc. may fall behind the decoration.)
Do I need a Purchase Order?
Orders must be made in written form with purcase order number-no phone orders are accepted. Performance Headwear takes no responsibility for duplication of orders, please mark duplicates/copies as so. Delivery terms do not begin until the sample approval form and 50% down payment (non-refundable) are received. All approvals must be submitted on the sample approval form. No verbal approvals will be accepted.
Are Terms Available?
50% down payment (non-refundable) due upon approval of pre-production sample for new customers unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Orders will not placed into production until deposit is received. Credit terms are net 15 days from date of invoice.
Can I Change My Order?
Any changes to an approved order must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order, or additional charges may apply.
Changes to Pre-Production Sample
One pre-production sample is available at no charge on all orders. Changes made to a pre-production sample after production (fabric or thread color changes, logo or closure changes) will incur a $25.00 change fee or each revision. Performance Headwear is not responsible for artwork submitted with incorrect speling or lettering or incorrect PMS colors, change fees will apply.
Specification Samples
Spec. sample charges are $125.00. Charges will be applied to invoice if purchase order is received within 60 days.
How do I submit my artwork?
Submit artwork in it's original digital format. We can accept Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw and Photoshop documents. We can also accept the arwork as the following file formats: JPG, PDF, TIFF, PNG, EPS and BIN files. Please make sure that your file is 300 dpi at 100% size. Low resolution or badly bitmapped images may require the file to be rebuilt. Artwork charges are $50.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of $25.00. Revisions to artwork are charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of $10.00. Exact duplications cannot be guaranteed, slight variations may occur. If artwork is not sized, Performance Headwear will size art to best fit the decoration area.
Are there additional shipping charges?
All orders are FOB Minneapolis, M or Los Angeles, CA.. All orders will ship UPS ground unless otherwise instructed. Shipping charges from Minneapolis MN to your or your customers location will be invoiced to you. Performance Headwear is not responsible for the delay of any freight due to customs, Freight carriers or other circumstances beyond our control or for damages occuring during transport. Address and/or shipping method changes must be made in advance and cannot be accepted on the day the order ships. Performance Headwear will ship to one location per order. Additional drop shipments are $7.00 per location, per box, plus acceptable freight charge. All shortages must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Shortages reported by thid parties will not be accepted.
Can you use my stuff to promote Performance?
Performance Headwear, Inc. reserves the right to use all customized products for advertising & marketing purposes in catalogs, brochures and other promotional material, unless otherwise specified in writing at time of order.
